Formal Meetings
Formal meetings are held from 5 to 6 PM on the last Sunday of the month. If the last Sunday falls on a Holiday
weekend, the meeting is held a week earlier. (Note: Formal meetings are not held in June,July or August. Sometimes the September
meeting is also not scheduled).
For 2008, formal meetings are tentatively scheduled for 01/27, 02/24, 03/30,04/27, 05/18, 10/26, 11/23 and12/14
and are held in the clubhouse which is located on the 2nd floor of;

Access to the clubhouse is through the steel door (2nd door from the front of the building) and up the stairs.
Informal Meetings
Recently, informal meetings have been held at membbers homes during the summer months (June, July, August
and September). They have also been held the last Sunday of the month and require bringing a plate to pass. These should be
held on 06/29, 07/27, 08/24 and 09/28.
